VAICEIQ provides a Human Helper meeting assistance and meeting preparation platform. The Service includes real-time expert guidance, meeting assistance, and meeting simulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our services include guidance from human experts. While we strive for high accuracy, helper guidance may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. You should verify any critical information before acting on it. VAICEIQ is not liable for actions taken solely based on helper suggestions.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of VAICEIQ. Our codebase, algorithms, and UI designs are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall VAICEIQ, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
